Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed by our team, whichever comes first. If you cancel your order before it’s prepared, we will refund the total amount in € to your original method of payment.
Returns
Given the perishable nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns. However, if you believe your order was not provided as requested or it did not meet our high standards, please contact us at +39 06 1234 5678 immediately.
Refunds
Once we receive your complaint, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
